Our focus is long-term forest management for landowners with a conservation ethic.

Trout Mountain Forestry provides a full range of planning and land management services for ownerships of 10 to 10,000 acres. For many owners we handle all aspects of management planning and timber sale administration. We also offer individually tailored approaches and information for those owners who want to become hands-on managers. When large-scale projects require specialized expertise we partner with regionally respected experts in fisheries, wildlife, botanicals, or recreation. Our fees are negotiated with the owner based on the scope and scale of the project.

• Consulting - on an hourly or daily rate
• Management planning - frequently quoted as a lump sum based on property size and data needs
• Harvest supervision - typically a percentage of gross log proceeds
• Bids - we will gladly prepare bids in response to requests for proposals (RFPs).
