Marla has 15 years of experience in natural resource management and ecological research. She moves easily from field to office where she excels at managing complex, large scale projects and interfacing with multiple interest groups. She has extensive experience writing grants, and in environmental education curriculum development and teaching. As a manager in the forestry field, Marla’s passion for ecology allows her to focus on meeting the needs of local communities and governing agencies, while promoting and maintaining important features of natural areas.
